The load sensing valve and the pressure shut-off valve are used to achieve a pressure lower than the pressure shut-off valve setting, and the load sensing valve operates, and the output flow rate is independent of the load. When the pressure rises to the pressure cut-off valve set pressure, the pump output flow is reduced to meet the leakage and actuator demand flow, keeping the pressure constant.
